The Style & Beauty Lounge is a one-stop-shop for jobseekers to get glammed and groomed. Special features include: free make-overs, hair-cuts and trends in work fashion. Sponsoring company is expected to provide the appropriate experts and equipment.

Young Professionals Speed Networking Reception

Estimated Attendance: 300-350
The Speed Networking Reception provides young professionals, an opportunity for quick interactions with Career Fair recruiters in a social environment. Special activities are organized to create engagement between the recruiters and professionals.

Urban Professionals Mixer
Estimated Attendance: 200

Casually engage with members of unique groups such as the Divine 9 Greek organizations, HBCU alumni, Urban League Young Professionals and other African American Professional Organizations during this networking mixer on the Career Fair floor. Feature raffles, activities and ice breakers in your recruitment booth to showcase your company.
Sessions will be 45 minutes long. 

Young Professionals Speed Networking Reception

The Speed Networking Reception provides young professionals, an opportunity for quick interactions with Career Fair recruiters in a social environment. Special activities are organized to create engagement between the recruiters and professionals.

Executive Session

Estimated Attendance: 150         
Engage with Urban League Young Professionals across the country and local pre-screened talent at the Executive Session. Receive exclusive access to quality candidates by showcasing your key executives in a panel discussion followed by a networking session.

Professional Development Workshops

Estimated Attendance: 30 to 50
Showcase your company and executives to skilled jobseekers during a Professional Development Workshop. Sponsoring a Professional Development Workshop allows you to select your preferred topic, description and make panelist recommendations. Workshops will be 45 minutes long. 

Coaching Corner
$20,000
The Coaching Corner will include group sessions and panel presentations by professional coaches who will offer insights and strategies on career success. Jobseekers are invited to sign up for one-on-one 30 minute coaching sessions.

Power Networking Sessions – Meet-Ups

Estimated Attendance: 25 - 40
At the Power Networking Meet-Ups, recruiters will have the opportunity to engage with unique groups such as the Divine 9 Greek organizations, HBCU alumni, members of black professional associations and Urban League Young Professionals. Sessions will be 45 minutes long. 

Virtual Career Fair

This online event takes place simultaneously with the conference.   As the exclusive sponsor your virtual booth will be featured with premium placed in the 3-D environment and added features including, additional job postings and robust online promotions.  

Digital Branding Station
$35,000
Your company will be a favorite at the Digital Refresh Station. The location will include charging stations, laptops for LinkedIn profile critiques and resume tweaking, and tables to explore the latest apps and digital job search tools. This sponsorship calls for a combination of cash and in-kind resources. As the sponsor your company will be expected to provide the laptops, tablets, and company personnel trained in doing LinkedIn profiles and using digital job search tools.

Brand U Studio
$30,000 / Exclusive Sponsorship
The Brand U Studio is the hot-spot on the Career Fair floor. What’s more, experts will provide free resume critiques; mock interviews; 30-minute power sessions about networking and career development; one-on-one private career coaching; and the location of professional developing workshops.

Networking Lounge
$15,000
The Networking Lounge allows exhibitors to convene and enjoy light refreshments. In this location the Career & Networking Fair host the Young Professional Speed Networking Reception, Executive Session and other exclusive activities.
