Kathryne Reeves is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Medical Services at Cardinal Health. She has broad experience across multiple industries including digital/internet, high-technology, financial services, biotech, and energy, and utilizes her expertise in corporate and brand strategy, product marketing and technology to build new businesses, launch products, and enhance the profitability of global business. In February 2017, her leadership portfolio grew to include responsibility as General Manager and global P&L owner for a broad portfolio of Cardinal Health services including OptiFreight LogisticsTM and PresourceTM surgical kitting business units as well as an exclusive product data and analytic partnership with Healthcare IQTM. Collectively these businesses generate $1.2B in revenue, manage 200+ direct employees and 3000+ matrixed employees serving hospitals, ambulatory service centers, reference laboratories and other healthcare entities. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Scotts Miracle Gro, a global consumer packaged goods company. Kathryne has previously held leadership positions at Nationwide Insurance, AOL/Time Warner and Booz Allen & Hamilton. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University (1991), and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business (1995). In addition, she completed supplemental course work in Corporate Finance at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business Program in Executive Education (2011 & 2012). Over the last decade, she has been very involved in the local community working on behalf of many organizations such as the Columbus Metropolitan Library, Flying Horse Farms, Columbus Museum of Art and the United Way of Central Ohio. She currently serves on several charitable boards including the Harvard Graduate School of Business Alumni Advisory Board and the Cardinal Health Corporate Foundation Board. Kathryne is committed to her spiritual life and is an ordained elder in the Presbyterian Church. She resides with her husband Kevin and their two children, Camille age 15 and Kevin age 13.
