Will Lucas is the founder and CEO at Creadio, a marketing technology and production agency, and serves as brand manager for both AfroTech and Black Tech Green Money, where he leads brand strategy. AfroTech is the largest Black tech digital platform and conference, hosting more than 12k Black people in technology annually in Silicon Valley for the AfroTech homecoming. Black Tech Green Money is an imprint of AfroTech that explores insights for creating wealth and legacy in tech, media and business through podcast, video productions and national live events. Will served as co-chair of President Obama’s Ohio Small Business Committee in 2012. In 2013, Governor John Kasich appointed Will to the Ohio Casino Control Commission and chaired the Ohio Martin Luther King Jr. Commission in 2016.
