Valerie Love is a trusted advisor and experienced in performance management, mergers & acquisitions, and executive coaching. Outside human resources, Valerie has extensive experience in finance and labor relations, and has developed world-class business teams across industries and functions. In her current role, she leads organizational design and people-related strategies to acquire, develop, and retain the best talent while creating a supportive work culture. Prior to joining the Coca-Cola Company, Valerie spent 20 years at General Motors where she led HR activities related to plant start-ups in Argentina, China, Thailand, Brazil, Poland, India, and Israel. She currently serves as Executive Chair of the Coca-Cola Company US Social Justice and recently joined NASCAR’s newly formed Industry Diversity Council.
