Vinita Clements provides strategic human resources leadership and consultation for Nationwide. Clements joined the company in April of 2004 and gained experiencing supporting Nationwide Financial Services, regional operations, Nationwide National Partners, call centers, Nationwide PET, NW Bank, and Affinity Business Units.
Before joining Nationwide, Clements led the human assets and learning function for AT&T Global Markets. During her tenure with AT&T, she held roles in HR management, sales, and call center operations.
Clements serves on the board for the Ohio Foundation for Independent Colleges and is an advisor for the All Women’s Associate Resource Group. She is passionate about the arts and promotes education and support for talented youth in the community. She is affiliated with the youth music ministry for New Covenant Church and has previously worked with the CAPA organization to raise funds for high school students to visit Carnegie Hall in New York.
Clements founded the Community Local Arts Support System (CLASS), which recognizes local and community leaders for their support of the arts. CLASS provides scholarship dollars for students who plan to attend college for music and arts education.
