Taniesha Westbrook is an award winning speaker, strategist, and co-founder of Shop Black Fest, a multi-city marketing platform that has supported more than 4,000 Black owned businesses across the country. A former financial analyst turned founder, she is passionate about helping creatives and small businesses grow through marketing, storytelling, and community driven experiences. She is also the creator of Cool Girls Create, a community designed for the multi-hyphenate creative women building brands, businesses, content, and big ideas in real time through connection, collaboration, and shared experiences. Taniesha currently serves as a mayor-appointed member of the Nashville Community Review Board and has held leadership and board roles supporting entrepreneurship, marketing, and women’s professional development initiatives throughout the midwest and south. Her work has earned recognition including 2025 Nashville Business Journal 40 Under 40 and multiple business and leadership awards for entrepreneurship and community impact. Alongside her husband and business partner, Greg Westbrook, she is the co-author of The Art of Love and Business. Taniesha is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc..
