Trisha has over 15 years of experience and education in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Wellness (DEIBW), and the convergence of social identity, mental health, and their role in the workplace. Today, Trisha serves as Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Operations Lead for Airbnb’s 21st Century Company team, prioritizing partnerships and community engagement with a variety of civil rights organizations and nonprofits across the US. For the past decade of her career at Airbnb, she’s worked on a number of teams and programs to initiate innovative diversity and belonging policies and practices both internally and on the Airbnb platform, including establishing a Regulatory Response team that acts on reported discrimination, and influencing Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy’s development and enforcement. Trisha sits on the Advisory Board for the National ERG Leadership Conference, and the Board of Trustees for the Marylhurst School. As a public speaker, she has been featured in Forbes magazine and enjoys sharing her knowledge in pursuit of an equitable, more just world.
