Tuwisha Wish Rogers leads growth strategy and partnership development for Burrell Communications, securing new business for the 55-year-old institution, including Puma, Foot Locker, ANTA, Deloitte, and Microsoft, while supporting McDonald's and other global brands. She built the business development function from inception, co-developed the agency's three-year strategic plan with the CEO, and serves as the senior external voice connecting Burrell's cultural positioning to enterprise commercial opportunity. She is also the founder of Wish Factor LLC, creating partnership strategies for clients including Procter & Gamble, the National Urban League, and Tennessee State University. Wish was tapped to lead marketing, communications, and partnership infrastructure for the National Museum of African American Music, securing nearly $3 million in inaugural corporate partnerships, generating 2.8 billion media impressions, and drawing 100,000+ first-year visitors.
