Tanya Lombard
VP/Head of Multicultural Engagement & Strategic Alliances /AT&T

Tanya Lombard is a highly accomplished and widely respected government relations and public policy executive. In her current capacity, she serves as the connection between AT&T and external stakeholders, strengthening relationships in diverse communities. She manages AT&T’s brand messaging targeted at women, Black, Hispanic, Asian American, Pacific Islander, LGBTQ+, and Native American groups and educates leaders on AT&T’s position and addresses reputation management issues. A former member of the Clinton administration, Tanya also created and served as casting director of “The Black List” project, a film, book, and museum tour of photographs that won NAACP’s Spirit Award for best documentary. She’s the recipient of numerous civic honors, including the President’s Award from the Black Women’s Agenda, Inc.; Harvard University Association of Black Harvard Women Visionary Award; and the National Urban League Donald H. McGannon Award.
