Troy Dennis defines and delivers Mastercard’s North America product line strategy to deliver against five critical areas – Force for Good (inclusion, sustainability); Government (including Transit); Physical Acceptance (including contactless GTM); Prepaid; and Fintech. He serves as the region lead for financial inclusion and is the focal point in all partner engagements (issuer, merchant, etc.). Troy joined Mastercard with deep experience in team leadership, product development, and marketing strategies. Previously, Troy was SVP, Head of Unsecured Products and Merchant Service at Regions Bank, where he held general manager responsibilities for retail product and payments for consumers and small businesses, including credit card, unsecured loans, merchant services, network partnerships, and loyalty programs. Troy has also held positions of responsibility at TD Bank, US Bank, JPMorgan Chase.
