Shannah Stephens is the community banking executive for Bank of America,  responsible for developing strategies and integrated programs to empower economic mobility for clients and small businesses. Much of the efforts revolve around our low- and moderate-income clients. Shannah has held various positions in marketing, analytics, online sales, and product management. Prior to joining Bank of America, she was with First Citizens Bank. Shannah frequently speaks about financial health and has been featured on The Everygirl Podcast, Yahoo Finance, and Bloomberg's Black Business Beat. She is a member of LEAD for Women, the Black Professional Group, and the Black Executive Leadership Council.
