Sean Rugless is an accomplished executive with a passion for building innovative businesses and economic development opportunities. Sean currently serves on the boards of the American Red Cross and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and is a former board member of the United Way. He is an appointee of two Ohio governors and an executive committee member of the Ohio Minority Business Advisory Council, a statewide roundtable for minority businesses. Professionally, Sean has been recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Power 100 for eight consecutive years. He served as President and CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky. Sean is experienced in brand management from Procter & Gamble and leads a brand consultancy practice in Cincinnati, Ohio.
