Shia S. Rovier is a third-year honors public relations degree candidate with a minor in political science at North Carolina A&T State University. She is passionate about driving inclusivity and positive change for minorities through communication, advocacy, and the law. She organized campus visits for Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Roy Cooper, creating space for direct student engagement with elected leadership. In addition to her organizing work, Shia is an inaugural member of the National Urban League College Leaders cohort. Shia serves on the international board of directors for Best Buddies and as president of the NC A&T chapter. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
