Shanna Cooper-Oliver serves as Vice President and Workplace Banking & Financial Empowerment Leader for Middle Tennessee. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master’s degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
With more than 15 years of experience in retail banking, Shanna specializes in financial wellness, small business development, and delivering educational programs for consumers and entrepreneurs. She is a dedicated community leader, a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority while currently serving on the Habitat for Humanity Selection Board Committee and as Read to Lead Chair for the Rutherford Cable Women’s Organization. She also volunteers as a mentor with TN Achieves and serves as Treasurer for the Oakland High School Booster Club.
Deeply committed to empowering the communities where she lives and works, Shanna has built meaningful, long-standing relationships through her passion for financial education and inclusion. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, serving in her church’s marriage ministry, spending quality time with her family, and cheering on her three sons on the football field.
