A 30-year State Farm associate, Sherry McFadden has held multiple leadership roles at the company. As a director in the Customer Care Center, she oversees more than 750+ employees that assist 4 million customers annually. She is a member of the State Farm Enterprise Diversity and Inclusion Council and embraces the organization’s commitment to fostering the best work environments comprised of the diverse talent, strengths, and contributions of all employees. Sherry sits on the board of the Children’s Action Alliance and serves as Board Vice Chair for the Greater Phoenix Urban League.
