Sharmain Green, M.Ed. has developed and trained leaders at The Coca-Cola Company since 2017. In her role at the company, she is responsible for the designing, curating and delivery of content that allows leaders to build and enhance their skillset, employability, and confidence. A native of Atlanta, she joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1995 and has served in many departments, including Industry & Consumer Affairs, Strategic Events Finance, Treasury & Risk Management, and Human Resources.  Sharmain is MindGym-certified and equipped to prepare ambitious leaders for future challenges by translating behavioral science principles into actionable practices. In addition, Sharmain has logged more than 25 years of volunteer and community service for organizations that include The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc., Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., as well as the Coca-Cola Black Employee Network, just to name a few.
