Shernell Chism is a Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Benjamin Moore, North America’s favorite paint, color and coatings brand. In her position, Shernell plays an integral role in developing policies and strategic practices to drive organizational goals and deliver a robust employee experience. Her expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues helps to build better relationships between Company leadership and employees. Prior to joining Benjamin Moore, Shernell worked for companies such as American Woodmark, Kohl’s, and The Home Depot. She has a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. Shernell currently lives and works in the Dallas, Texas, area. She is pursuing her M.S. in Management and Leadership and enjoys volunteering, traveling, reading, and hosting events for family and friends.
