Swayzine R. Bryant is recognized as a trendsetter and trailblazer in fostering an equitable and inclusive environment at AvalonBay. She is a proud graduate of Howard University. Swayzine currently serves as the National Lead for AvalonBay’s Black Associate Coalition, where she advocates for inclusion, diversity, equity, and the development and advancement of Black associates. As a multi-family housing leader, Swayzine is the portfolio director responsible for office and maintenance operations in AvalonBay’s Montgomery County portfolio.
