Swayzine R. Bryant is recognized as a trendsetter and trailblazer in fostering an equitable and inclusive environment at AvalonBay. She is a proud graduate of Howard University. Swayzine currently serves as the National Lead for AvalonBay’s Black Associate Coalition where she advocates for inclusion, diversity, equity, and the development/advancement of black associates. As a multi-family housing leader, Swayzine is the portfolio director responsible for office and maintenance operations in AvalonBay’s Montgomery County portfolio.
