Steven Brown is responsible for executing Molson Coors’ strategy for culture, talent acquisition, and early talent management across the US, Canada, and Latin America. He works closely with the executive leadership team and partners with the organization to ensure the right tools, resources, and programs align with recruitment, leadership, employee development, employee engagement, and retention. His focus includes strengthening leadership accountability for fostering a workplace where all employees feel connected and valued. Steven has held previous roles with GE Healthcare, SC Johnson, and BMO.
