Stefanie Brown James leads the nation’s largest grassroots political action committee dedicated to empowering Black political candidates. Since its launch in 2016, The Collective PAC has transformed the political landscape, raising over $6.17 million, training more than 1,500 candidates and campaign operatives, and playing a pivotal role in electing over 500 Black leaders to local, state, and federal office. Her visionary leadership extends to her role as co-founder of the Vote to Live Action Fund and the Vote to Live Foundation, jointly one of the most significant voter engagement initiatives for Black communities in the United States. In 2013, Stefanie co-founded the consulting firm Vestige Strategies LLC, and as its current CEO, delivers strategic community engagement solutions for nonprofits, corporations, and governments both domestically and internationally. Stefanie’s accomplishments have earned her spots on the Ebony Power 100, The Grio100, and The Root 100 lists.
