Randall Tucker is responsible for aligning Mastercard’s global diversity and inclusion initiatives with its corporate business strategy, ensuring that every employee can reach their greatest potential. Before joining Mastercard, Randall served as head of Inclusion and Diversity at Darden Restaurants Inc. and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. Earlier in his career, he served in various sales and human resource roles at Marriott International. Adweek named Randall a Pride Star Honoree. He’s been featured in Forbes, Fortune, Quartz, and Business Insider and is an in-demand speaker at key industry events. Randall serves on the World Economic Forum’s Steering Committee for the Partnership for Global LGBTQI+ Equality.
