Rhonda Spears Bell is a seasoned marketing and communications executive with more than 30 years of experience driving strategic impact at the intersection of media, advocacy, and social justice. In her current role, she leads the development and execution of integrated marketing, communications, and brand strategy initiatives that amplify the organization’s mission and national impact. She serves as executive producer of the National Urban League’s Annual Conference and is the creative director of the widely cited State of Black America® report, the leading benchmark on racial equality in the United States. Bell is also executive producer of the Women in Harmony Awards Luncheon. Held annually during the ESSENCE Festival of Culture in New Orleans, this signature event celebrates the strength, resilience, and prosperity of women across generations. Bell was named among The Network Journal’s 25 Influential Black Women in Business and PRWeek’s Power List.
