Roderick Hardamon, investor, author, Wall Street executive, and philanthropist, has achieved a level of success well beyond his years. Roderick is the Founder and Chairman of the URGE Development Group, a real estate development and business innovation firm based in Detroit, MI. Formerly, Hardamon was the North America Head for Citi Alternative Investment Services, with over $300B in assets under administration and Global Co-Head of Mergers and Acquisition for Citi Markets & Banking.
Because of his sincere interest in service and dedication to excellence, Hardamon has served on the boards of several non-profits, including Board Vice Chair of The Council of Urban Professionals; former Board Chair of Millennium Dance Company; the UNCF New York Leadership Council; and as a founding member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for Morehouse College.
