Regine Moore is currently a Director in Constituent Relations leading African American Community relationships for Walmart Stores, Inc. Prior to this, she had a diverse career in marketing working on product launches at Tyson Foods as well as leading category programs at Walmart. She also managed strategic social platforms as a Sr. Manager on the Digital Media Team. There she was responsible for driving social engagement with customers to support both category and brand campaigns. She oversaw the strategy for Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Walmart Moms. She was also the Sr. Manager for Multicultural Media where she led the media strategy for the Hispanic, African American and Asian markets. Working closely with strategic media partners, she developed plans that allowed Walmart to connect with these segments in a more engaging and relevant way.
Prior to her current role she was the Director of Multicultural Strategy. She strived to build advocacy with Walmart’s African American customers by delivering a relevant message through insights, creative, and strategic media partnerships.
This path to heightened Multicultural focus, led her to the current role of Constituent Relations, African American Stakeholder Engagement. She leads the external reputational work in the African American community. This fits with her passion for multicultural connectivity and belief in the importance of connecting with this valuable community.
When not at work, she is blessed to be the mother of a beautiful 10-year-old son and a lively, yet precious 2-year-old girl, with her husband Andre. In addition to being a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., The Links, Inc. , and Jack & Jill of America, Inc, she is Rattler (Florida A&M University alum) with a love for all HBCUs.
