Reginald Lille II is the Houston Merrill associate market manager where he collaborates closely with advisors to leverage company culture and resources to deliver on their clients’ needs and wants. As a former Black/African American practice management consultant, Reginald supported the retention and success of Black financial advisors. Reginald was the leader on VMT Wealth Management, a nationally recognized financial advisory team headquartered in Houston. Reginald joined Bank of America Merrill in 2011 and has served as financial advisor and new hire coach. He is a life member of NAACP-Houston Chapter, serving on the housing and the next gen planning committees. He serves as chair of the Bank of America Black Professionals Group for Houston, and a member of Young Professionals in Finance.
