Ricki is an award-winning marketing veteran and breast cancer survivor who has channeled her acumen into breast cancer advocacy. Ricki co-founded and serves as CEO of TOUCH, The Black Breast Cancer Alliance to address Black breast cancer as a unique and special disease state, with the goal of reducing the mortality rate for Black women. Ricki founded and co-hosts “The Doctor Is In,” a weekly live breast cancer advocacy web series on the BlackDoctor.org Facebook page that reaches over 3 million viewers. In January 2026, Ricki expanded her commitment to health equity by founding Navigating Trials, a new venture that provides proprietary recruiting and navigation services to align clinical research representation with the disease burden that disproportionately affects Black patients. Ricki serves on the Board of Trustees for the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation and Black In Cancer.
