Roslyn Y. Daniels
President & Founder/Black Health Matters

Roslyn Young-Daniels is a dynamic health strategist with 30+ years of experience in cross-cultural health education. She is the founder of Black Health Matters (BHM), an evidence-based platform dedicated to dismantling health disparities in the Black community. BHM addresses social determinants of health and improves health literacy through summits, symposia, and webinars. Under Daniels’ leadership, BHM has reached over 10,000 individuals through events and 60,000+ via virtual sessions. Daniels has earned numerous accolades including the Digital Diversity Network's Social Entrepreneur Award, the New Jersey Health Heroes Award, and a 2022 “Black Health Matters Day” proclamation from the City of New York.
