U.S. Black Chambers, Inc. (USBC), is a nationally recognized leader and advocate for Black business advancement. President and CEO Ron Busby Sr. is a seasoned entrepreneur who grew his company, USA Superclean, from a small venture into a $15 million enterprise within a decade. For over 15 years, Ron has expanded USBC into a global network representing over 300,000 Black-owned enterprises worldwide, providing members with critical resources, strategic partnerships, and advocacy. His influence extends across multiple esteemed boards, where he drives vital economic development and policy initiatives. Before his current role, Roy led the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce, playing a pivotal role in strengthening Black entrepreneurship nationwide. A sought-after thought leader, Ron is frequently featured in major media outlets and has advised U.S. presidents on strategies to bolster Black business growth and economic equity.
