In 2021, Rita and her daughter Brittany Mitchell published “Spoken Art: Too Brave to Back Down,” mother-daughter memoir of art, poetry, and the power of affirmation. Together, Rita and Britt create customized workshops to help people power through their own phenomenal journey to their success.

Brittany was a keynote at the 2018 MediaPost Data & Programmatic Summit in Lake Tahoe and spoke alongside her mom and business partner Rita Mitchell at Pinterest’s Global Women’s Conference in 2021 and the 13th annual Southern Automotive Women’s Forum in 2022.  Brittany published “Spoken Art: Too Brave to Back Down,” a mother-daughter memoir of art, poetry, and affirmations. Brittany is currently based in New York where she works as sales enablement lead at LiveRamp, the leading data collaboration platform delivering SaaS solutions for the world’s top brands, agencies, and publishers.
