Rev. Dr. Que English is a visionary leader and advocate, dedicated to addressing the social determinants of health in underserved communities. Through Elev8 Health, she connects organizations with philanthropic funding, foundation support, and strategic tools needed to improve public health outcomes in their communities. Previously, Dr. English was director of the Center for Faith-based and Neighborhood Partnerships at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she worked on the creation of the M.O.M.S. Tour, a groundbreaking initiative that connected over 20,000 pregnant and postpartum women and families across the country to life-saving care. She also played a key role in shaping the National Strategy to Improve Maternal Mental Health Care. She is the recipient of the Sojourner Truth Award and Bethune-Height Legacy Award and was named in the top 10 of the 100 Most Influential Faith Leaders in the State of New York by City & State (2022).
