Ousman’s clients are in ultra-competitive industries who seek scarce A-List talent to help outperform their competition. Before his last four years at LinkedIn, Ousman spent 15 years in management consulting, executive search and brand management.

He was born in the smallest country on mainland Africa (The Gambia) and has lived or worked in 15 countries. Ousman is fluent in French and Wolof. He loves spending time with his family and on the soccer pitch.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
He is based out of LinkedIn’s New York City & Washington D.C. offices and manages client relationships across the Eastern seaboard.
