Monica Womack leads and develops the business and community strategy for Toyota, overseeing all development and infrastructure for the company’s internal employee resource groups, team member training & development, and senior executive team engagement. In addition, she provides oversight and guidance on the selection and management of strategic community partnerships and events that support education, community development, professional development, civic engagement, and dealer support. Monica previously served as Senior Manager of Affiliate Markets Product Planning and Pricing at Toyota Motor North America, Inc. Before joining Toyota, Monica worked for Nissan North America, Inc., spending over eight years in various positions in finance, strategy, and marketing. Monica is a member of the DFW Chapter of the National Black MBA Association and the Dallas area Prosperity Partners Investment Club.
