With over 15 years of thought leadership experience, Michelle Williams is a social impact and innovation strategist who empowers corporations and non-profit organizations to better define and execute philanthropic and equity-centered goals. Named as one the “Top Innovators Reshaping Texas” by Texas Monthly magazine, Michelle is committed to sharing resources, best practices and knowledge to the most underrepresented, rural parts of our state. Her company, Philanthrolab.co, is a Dallas-based innovation lab and technology consulting company. Previously, Michelle served as executive director of Fintech in Action where she spearheaded a nationwide initiative focused on addressing Black and Latinx inclusion in the finance and fintech industries. For four years, she was executive director for The Dallas Entrepreneur Center, a non-profit dedicated to helping entrepreneurs start, build and grow their businesses.
