Melissa Williams was appointed vice president of marine sectors and decarbonisation for Shell in 2021.  Previously, she was the company’s global sales & marketing manager for the marine fuel sales and marketing business in trading. Melissa also served as enterprise optimization manager for Motiva and led the development of Motiva’s trading organization. Prior to joining Shell/Motiva, Melissa worked for Mc Neil Consumer Products Company (manufacturer of Tylenol) and supported NASA’s International Space Station (ISS) as a flight controller.  She has over 20 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical, aeronautical, and oil industries.
