With over 14 years of thought leadership experience, Michelle Williams is a social impact and innovation strategist. She currently heads Fintech in Action, a coalition of action-oriented corporations and individuals accelerating Black professional inclusion and progress within the industry. Previously, she served as the executive director for The Dallas Entrepreneur Center, where she fundraised over $2.5 million and oversaw a collaborative of the City of Dallas and 60+ business service organizations. Michelle is the immediate past president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Urban League Young Professionals where she was awarded the prestigious President of the Year award by the National Urban League. In 2018, she was named one of the top 15 Innovators Reshaping Texas by Texas Monthly magazine.
