Mari Pumarejo leads Progressive’s comprehensive marketing strategy and defines the creative vision for the brand. She oversees all facets of the marketing organization, including research, analytics, human insights, creative development and management, public relations, crisis management, agent and marketing communications, digital marketing, social media, brand-related community engagement, and influencer marketing. Her leadership ensures a unified and forward-thinking approach to brand storytelling and customer engagement across all channels. Mari joined Progressive in 2005 as a marketing manager and has since held various leadership roles within the organization. Before joining Progressive, Mari collaborated with prominent brands including Glidden and Ralph Lauren Paints, The Home Depot, and Ford Motor Company.
