Misha A. Maynard is a dynamic pastoral leader and community advocate with more than 30 years of experience serving through ministry and outreach. As Pastor of Operations and COO  at Cathedral of Praise Church, she leads a thriving congregation of over 1,000 members, overseeing daily operations, staff development, and ministry programming. Misha founded and led the Purpose Over Pain scholarship, supporting minority students pursuing business degrees. Under her leadership, Cathedral of Praise launched a STEM Camp for youth and established a $20,000 community computer lab to expand access to technology, coding, and workforce development. Misha’s ministry was birthed through personal loss, beginning in 1996 after the passing of her oldest son. From that experience, she has carried a powerful message of faith, resilience, and victory over adversity that continues to shape her preaching and leadership.
