Megan “Meme” Kelly is a licensed beauty educator, kids’ hairstylist, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is the founder of Silk Me Kids and the Silk Me Kids Academy Junior Cosmo Enrichment Program, which introduces youth aged 7-17 to hairstyling, nails, makeup, and barbering. Through her salon, product line, and training programs, Megan is dedicated to healthy hair care and empowering the next generation of beauty professionals. A leader in the industry, she offers workshops, webinars, and hands-on training for both kids and beauty professionals. Meme’s vision is to expand Silk Me Kids Academy into accredited programs, after-school partnerships, and trade options for underserved youth in alternative schools. “Meme” Kelly is a stylist, mentor, and advocate for beauty education for kids.
