Michelle Taylor-Jones leads Manulife’s comprehensive DEI strategy. As a member of the company’s global leadership and HR leadership teams, Michelle works reputation management, company culture, community engagement, and branding to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains a diverse, high performing workforce. Prior to joining Manulife in 2020, Michelle held senior positions within Dell Technologies, EMC  Technologies, and Bank of America. She was recently recognized by the National Association of  Female Executives as a Woman of Excellence. Michelle is the co-founder of Black Women of Influence, a New York-bsed organization for mid-executive level multicultural women.
