Michelle Hudgins is an accredited communications strategist with over 30 years of experience in marketing, branding, and public relations. She began her career in broadcast news before transitioning into advertising and public relations. Currently, she serves as the vice president of communications at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, the nation's oldest, largest, and most diverse coalition dedicated to civil and human rights. Previously, Hudgins served as the senior vice president for communications at the Pew Research Center and held senior leadership roles at NeighborWorks America, the National Education Association, and other mission-driven organizations. She has also been a national spokesperson and commentator for several news outlets, including TV One's "News Now" with Roland Martin.
