Mark has practiced labor and employment law exclusively for more than 25 years, starting his career with one of the largest labor and employment boutique law firms in the US.  Over his 20-plus-year career with bp, he has provided legal support to the company’s operations in the Americas and worldwide. Today, Mark leads a global legal team responsible for employment-related litigation, legal support for employee investigations and providing legal advice on the full range of labor and employment matters. In addition, he leads bp's global DEI team, with responsibility for workforce and supplier diversity, as well as the development and implementation of bp's global DEI strategy.  Mark previously served as US General Counsel, representing several external groups and committees.
