For more than 20 years, Mark Crawford has worked in the US and the UK, providing legal support to bp’s operations in the Americas and across the world.  He currently holds multiple senior roles with the company. As  senior vp for legal  people and culture, Mark leads a global team responsible for employment-related litigation and providing legal advice on employee benefits, management of employee grievances, and employee discipline. As senior vp for diversity, equity and inclusion, Mark is responsible for developing and implementing bp's global DEI strategy.  Previously, served as bp’s US general counsel and led the company’s global employee relations and industrial relations team.
