Michelle Coley leads the development of programs and external partnerships that help drive equitable outcomes for Delta’s employees, customers, and the communities they serve. Michelle’s team is also responsible for managing Delta’s DEI metrics and reporting on the progress to “close the gap” between diversity representation in hourly roles and executive leadership. During her five-year tenure at Delta, Michelle worked in the global sales division, responsible for developing marketing strategies targeting corporate travelers. Prior to joining Delta, Michelle held marketing roles at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., The Coca-Cola Company, and Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts. Michelle serves as an executive coach for the LEAD Institute and volunteers with several community organizations focused on economic development, youth education and social action.
