With more than 15 years of national, multi-city, state and international partnerships, Michael Blake is the founding CEO of Atlas Strategy Group, which develops partnerships between multinational entities and communities of color, identifies talent at national conferences, and implements diversity, equity & inclusion.  In 2014, Blake was elected to represent New York’s 79th Assembly District, serving three terms. He played a key role in passing crucial reforms to the state’s criminal justice system. His signature legislation ensures that employees of women- and minority-owned businesses are paid fairly and quickly. As an aide to President Obama, Blake created the White House Urban Entrepreneurship series to create job opportunities in cities across the country.  Blake is a Vice Chair at Large of the Democratic National Committee, where he is mobilizing millennials, communities of color, and local elected candidates.
