Lethia Sweet Mann is responsible for promoting and supporting community development efforts in the Tennessee and North Carolina markets, leading the bank’s efforts to meet the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act. Lethia has more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, focused on affordable housing, small business development, neighborhood revitalization and stabilization, and essential services for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. From 2002 to 2015, she served as vice president and loan administrator for the non-profit Nashville Minority Business Development Loan Fund, Inc., and managed The One Fund, a loan program that provides loans up to $125,000 for small, minority, and emerging businesses.
