La’Kerri Jackson is the global diversity & inclusion Manager for UPS. In this role, La’Kerri creates, develops, and implements initiatives and programs to ensure the organizational culture is inclusive, and that people from diverse backgrounds have access to essential opportunities and resources. She manages the UPS Women Exporters Program, a training and communication initiative that fosters inclusive and sustainable development of women-owned businesses worldwide. La’Kerri also manages the company’s global business resource groups, which are employee-led groups throughout the U.S., Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. These groups serve as an extension of the company’s broader diversity and inclusion strategy and promote a fair, inclusive and authentic workplace for all employees.
La’Kerri holds a bachelor’s degree in leadership from Beulah Heights University and a paralegal certification in civil litigation from the National Center for Paralegal Training.
