For UPS, La’Kerri Jackson leads strategy and initiatives that drive economic empowerment worldwide. Her work focuses on unlocking the economic potential of entrepreneurs and MSMEs in Africa, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. La’Kerri’s efforts are dedicated to creating transformative opportunities for underserved and underrepresented individuals. By removing barriers to success, she strengthens economic empowerment and creates pathways to entrepreneurship, education, mentorship, and inclusion. In 2020, La’Kerri launched The African Women’s Economic Empowerment Initiative, providing women entrepreneurs with access to capital. La’Kerri also mentors aspiring entrepreneurs in Cambodia, as well as emerging business and community leaders through the Atlanta Hawks SheLeads program.
