Lena Collins Hall brings more than 17 years of service and experience in DEI and change management implementation to Viasat. Specifically, she develops, implements, and drives DEI strategic plans to help organizations enhance and achieve lasting change. She uses robust and structured DEI and change management methodologies and techniques to build and improve DEI business pillars while capturing maximum efficiencies and growth. Lena is skilled at developing influential relationships with senior leadership to help gain their commitment in support organizational change. Active in her community, Lena is a member of the Manassas-Woodbridge Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, a 24-year member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and a devoted member of First Mount Zion Baptist Church.
