Lamous Hall has 31 years of experience in the transportation industry, including 23 years with FedEx Freight. He joined the FedEx team in 2000 as a manager of operations. He served as a service center manager in upstate New York and Baltimore and played a pivotal role in the startup of the E-commerce piece of the operation (FedEx Freight Direct). He is the former chairman of the Black Professional Network (BPN) Business Resource team within FedEx Freight, and he is also a two-time recipient of the prestigious FedEx Five Star Award.
